CBI registers two more FIRs

The Central Bureau of Investigation has on Friday registered two FIRs in connection with the Vyapam scam.The first case has been registered under sections 120B, 417, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC and section 3(d)/4 of MP Recognised Examinations Act, 1937 against 05 accused persons regarding illegalities committed in the Police Constable Recruitment Test 2013 conducted by Vyapam.

The second case has been registered under sections 120B, 417, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 the IPC and section 3(d)/4 of MP Recognised Examinations Act, 1937 against 13 accused persons, regarding illegalities in the Police Constable Recruitment Test 2013, conducted by Vyapam.
