The Mega lok Adalat would be organised here on Saturday and during the lok Adalat cases of property tax will be disposed of after exempting the dues on it providing special schemes for the citizens.
The preparation of Mega lok Adalat is being carried out by Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials with implementing the directions given by BMC Commissioner Tejaswi S Naik. Interesting, zone wise special camps will be organised so that the citizens can pay the taxes easily. The zonal officials are on their feet as they prepare for the Mega lok Adalat. lists of tax payers are being prepared and other preparations are also going on in full swing.
With the implementation of the instructions by Madhya Pradesh State legal Service Authority, Jabalpur the Mega lok Adalat will be organized here on Saturday. Moreover, with the root level instructions given by BMC Commissioner Tejaswi S Naik, the supervisors along with the zonal and ward officials are preparing the outline for disposing off maximum cases during the Mega lok Adalat. To spread mass awareness, the BMC officials have already displayed hoardings, flexes in various wards of the city. Moreover, the BMC is also promoting the same through print and electronic media. Moreover, announcements are also being carried out in the city so that more citizens can take the advantage of Mega lok Adalat to be held on Saturday.
According to the various schemes offered under the Mega lok Adalat on a tax of Rs50,000 a 100 per cent reduction of dues will be provided. Similarly on the tax from Rs50,000 to Rs1 lakh a 50 per cent reduction of dues will be provided. All these schemes are valid for the tax payment for the financial year of 2013-14. Moreover, a special reduction of 6 per cent will be given on paying the tax of the recent financial year 2014-15.
