The district administration has registered a case against DHl Infrabulls International Private limited for constructing a colony by encroaching upon 5 acres of Government land. The Company is coming up with DHl Infrabulls Gold Dust Phase I colony. In this  colony, the Company has already constructed roads, drainage and developed plots on this Government land by filling it at many places in Dongargaon gram panchayat area.

Notably, the construction continued openly under the nose of district administration, but no action was taken.

The Pioneer had raised the issue in its March 4 edition, but the administration remained mute spectators .

Tehsildar Mhow Pratul Sinha told that after the inspection of the colony, the administration has noticed encroachment on Government land and a case has been registered in the court of Tehsildar Abhishek Sharma and legal proceedings are on.

The locals alleged that now the rainy season has begun and if the administration is busy in legal proceedings and delays the action against the coloniser and is unable to regain the Government land, the rain water coming from hilly area and village Richabadi will create flood like situation in the adjoining areas of the colony.

The coloniser has covered  25 meters wide rivulet flowing on Government land which starts from village Richabadi and ends in river Gambhir after travelling a distance of 4 kms. The middle section of 2 kms of this stream runs in the land which the company has purchased for developing colony.

The coloniser while developing the colony, covered this stream and has put  very small sewage pipes for drainage of the colony and also used the covered part of this stream to make roads, garden and developed residential plots.
