This year on the occasion of upcoming Christmas day and Principal’s day, the Campion School, Bhopal, will highlight social messages. The school is focusing on different issues of the society like ‘Swacch Bharat Abhiyan’, ‘Save the Girl child’, ‘Save Environment and natural resources for our future generation’, ‘More Plantation’, ‘Peace all over the world’ are one of them.
One of Carol singing theme is ‘Save the girl child, Santa Claus aaya Swacch Bharat ka Sapna laya, Betiyo ko Bacha ke sang apne woh rang kitne laya’. We want to bring awareness in the society against female foeticide. We are going to spread the message through carols singing and Rock Band Performance.
On this auspicious occasion of upcoming Christmas day festival Principal Fr Athnas lakra SJ, said, “The festival of Christmas reminds the glorious advent of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, on this earth about two millennia ago.
Born in Bethlehem, He rose from humble beginnings to become a World Teacher. His message of love and Compassion inspire millions of followers all over the world today.
The greatest gift we can give to God is to live by at least one of his teachings. Vice Principal Fr Ajay kumar Kerketta SJ, said, “Jesus is God's perfect, indescribable gift.
The amazing thing is that not only are we able to receive this gift, but we are able to share it with others on Christmas and every other day of the year.”
