Call centers have to be upgraded for the convenience of consumers and resources need to be increased to provide better services to the consumers, said Principal Secretary of Energy ICP Keshari while reviewing the works of East Zone Power Distribution Company in Shakti Bhavan, headquarter of power companies on Saturday.
He further said that after the maintenance power supply of regions undergone maintenance works should not be disrupted.
PS Energy Kesari was on two-day visit to the headquarters of the power distribution company. On the first day of the visit he reviewed work of East Region Power Distribution Company and Sagar and Rewa regions.
MD of MP Power Management Company said that wireless sets would be used for resolving problems of consumer power supply and proper coordination between linemen would be done.
Under the Sehaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana- Soubhagya the target is set to be achieved and for this purpose help of students of higher educational institutes.
