The ninth MP Expotrek (Reverse Buyer –Seller Meet) is scheduled from Jan 29 to 31 in Gwalior Trade Fair campus and the motto of the meet is to make the goods available in the world market.
Besides, according to the requirements of industrialists, the buyers would be invited. In the meet, concentration is being paid on inviting the industrialists whose economy matches with the economy of our country.
It is well known that in last years Gwalior city along with other cities where this meet was conducted has not yielded positive result.
last year in the meet, deals of crores of rupees were made but on the ground reality nothing has been implemented. So, this year industrialists have said clearly that according to their need, buyers should be invited in the meet.
During the meeting with Chamber of Commerce, representatives and industrialists, Industry Commissioner V Kantarao has said that till now whatever meet was conducted, the experiences were not satisfactory.
“So we should call only those buyers who are interested in our products and the stall of same products should be placed,” he added.
In this Exportrek meet Europe, South Asian and Middle East countries along with the developed countries, 80 per cent buyers are coming.
