An 18-year-old boy and his parents have been arrested for sexually assaulting and causing miscarriage without consent at Shobharam ki Bawdi under Teelajamalpura police station area on Saturday.
According to the police, the victim a minor girl was sexually assaulted and later the parents of the accused abandoned her after abortion.
In her complaint, the victim has claimed that after she lodged a complaint of sexually assault against the accused Krishna and his parents
agreed for marriage and took her to their house but after abortion she was removed from the house.
Victim alleged that the abortion was done against her will and was lured of marriage with the accused.
The victim and accused are neighbours. The parents of the accused were involved in the crime as to save their son from arrest after the victim lodged a complaint they acceded to arrange marry of the accused and later refused to arrange marriage and later the victim lodged a complaint against the accused.
The victim left the studies few years ago and used to live with her parents at Shobaram ki Bawdi area.
She became friends with the accused and developed physical relationship with the victim on the pretext of marrying her but later he refused to marry the victim.
The victim was sexually assaulted for the past one year in the name of marrying her and later when she asked the accused for marriage he refused.
The police have registered a case under section 376,313 and 34 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
