A 13-year-old boy died after he accidentally hanged while playing with the ceiling at Borda village under Kolar police station area on Saturday.
The deceased identified as Ragvendra was playing at a room where fodder was stored and accidentally hanged himself. After the family members found him hanging he was rushed to hospital where he died during treatment.
After preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of CrPC was registered. It was found that the deceased was entangled with rope in the room and when the children playing with him informed parents they rescued him and took him to hospital where he died during treatment. The police have questioned the children who were playing with the deceased and nothing was found that could establish that the deceased committed suicide and the death was accidental. Meanwhile, a 56-year-old man died late in the evening while undergoing treatment on Saturday who was found in an unconscious state in Misrod.The deceased identified as Jairam Sen was found in an unconscious state and was taken to hospital where he died after few hours of treatment. After the preliminary investigation body was sent for the post mortem.The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation. The details of the deceased and reason behind the death would be investigated said police.
