Bank of Baroda organised a mega credit camp on Friday during visit of its Executive Director KV Rama Moorthy. More than `55 crore has been disbursed during the camp. loan under Mudra Scheme is also distributed in the camp. Zonal Head of MP and CG Zone of the bank Nagesh Shrivastava and Regional Head of Bhopal Region JK Mathur were also present in the camp.Ram Moorthy has told the press before the camp that bank has completely waved off the processing charges on its Home loan and Auto loan. It will reduce the burden on the pocket of the buyers of House and Vehicle. Rama Moorthy has told that Bank of Baroda has performed well in the social security schemes of Government of India.
More than 5 lakh account opened in the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, whereas more than 92000 and 199000 forms have been collected in the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojna and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojna respectively.Ram Moorthy has told that bank is going to start one more regional office at Jabalpur on its foundation day 20th July. The bank’s play its role in development the area of Vindhyachal and Mahakaushal more effectively now. The Bank will now have three regional offices in Madhya Pradesh.
Informing about the Agriculture sector, he told that for making agriculture sector a profitable business, the bank is committed to increase out flow for hi- tech and innovative agriculture product. The bank is making available the loans for Poly Houses, Irrigation projects and also for the making farm house and purchase of two-wheeler and four-wheeler to the farmers.Rama Moorthy has also inaugurated two ATMs and also done soft launching of four other ATMs in Bhopal during press meet.
