Girish C. Dalakoti, General Manager, Bank of Baroda, on the strength of service spirit, determination, hard work, served as General Manager (Zonal Head) of Bank of Baroda, Bhopal Zone for 2 years and 8 months.
He took many important decisions to keep the bank leading in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Dalakoti retired from the service of the Bank on March 31, 2023.
He said that honesty, time management, stress management and discipline towards your work are the key to your success. You always took care of the interests of your colleagues and advised them to decide their priorities in personal and professional life and work keeping in mind the progress of your organization.
You believe that your team mates have been an integral part of your journey during your banking journey. You have always acknowledged that your colleagues have worked tirelessly to make your dreams come true and whatever you have achieved as a team leader, the credit goes to each and every one of your team mates. You have unwavering faith in each of your teammates.
Despite being a part of the top management of the Bank, the trust you have shown in your team has instilled a sense of confidence in your team and your team members have discharged their responsibilities with full responsibility.
