BHEl, Bhopal organised a daylong workshop on ‘Board level appointments’ for General Managers and Additional General Managers of BHEl Bhopal along with senior officials on NHDC in IFX Hall.
This workshop was graced with the presence of Rajiv Rai, IAS, Secretary PESB, R Krishnan, Ex-Director (HR), BHEl, AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director, BHEl- Bhopal and G P Patel, Chief Executive Director NHDC.
At the beginning of the program TG Chauragade, GM (WE, CS and HR) welcomed the guests and gave an outline of the workshop.
GP Patel, briefed about the work and responsibilities of NHDC officials. Yugandhar highlighted that BHEl officials are very successful at Board level positions because of their varied exposure at National and International level.
Krishnan shared his experience as Director (HR), of BHEl and said that working at Board level positions not only possesses a lot of challenges but also is a totally new working experience which requires through knowledge of internal policies and as well as Government policies and directions.
Rai also shared his experiences as in various ministries as an IAS officer and highlighted the salient features expected from participants during interview. He emphasized on transparency simplicity and frankness during interview.
Earlier, in a simple program held at third floor Administrative Building, AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director, BHEl Bhopal bade farewell to 20 employees, 4 Executives, 4 Supervisors and 12 workers, on their superannuation from the organisation.
Acknowledging the significant contributions made by the retiring employees, Yugandhar wished them a happy retired life.
On this occasion, TG Chouragade, General Manager (WE, CS & HR), NK Bhar, General Manager (Finance), Dinesh Kumar General Manager (Hydro), AK Dave CMS (Medicine) and other Senior Executives were present.
