Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) would organise camps in the various zonal offices from October 3 to 7 in order to execute the agreement applications according to the mitigation rates decided by the State Government on the illegal construction.
Urban Development and Environment Department has decided the mitigation rates. Madhya Pradesh Gazette also published the rates on September 20.
BMC has created many teams for these camps in order to execute the agreement application.
According to the order issued by BMC, the first team of Assistant Engineer AK Sahni, Mapper Asim Hussain and Clerk Mazruddin would conduct the camps at the office of Zone 11 on October 3, Zone 12 on October 4, Zone 15 on October 5, Zone 16 on October 6 and Zone 17 on October 7.
The team of Pradeep Jadiya, Mapper Asim Hussain and Clerk Hasan Ali would conduct the camps at the office of Zone 1 on October 3, Zone 2 on October 4, Zone 3 on October 5, Zone 4 on October 6 and Zone 5 on October 7.
The second team comprises Assistant Engineer lalji Singh Chouhan, Mapper Kalamuddin and Clerk AN Saini. Second team would conduct the camps at Zone 5 on October 3, Zone 6 on October 4, Zone 7 on October 5, Zone 9 on October 6 and Zone 10 on October 7.
The team of Assistant Engineer Sanjay Tiwari, Mapper Kamaluddin and Clerk Ashu Malviya would organize agreement execution camps at Zone 13 on October 3, Zone 14 on October 4, Zone 18 on October 5 and Zone 19 on October 6.
