The Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) has lodged a police complaint regarding defacement of Government and public properties against 15 establishments for publicising their business without permission at Government and public property under the Property Defacement Act.
BMC acting strong against the establishments engaged in their promotion without permission through wall writings, sticking pamphlets and posters, putting up signboards, cutouts and other things at Indrapuri, ESI Hospital, Anandnagar, JK Road, Nizamuddin Colony Road and Raisen Road on Wednesday lodged police complaint against fifteen establishments under property defacement act in Piplani police station.
The BMC administration acting on the directives of BMC Commissioner Tejaswi S Naik submitted application with the town inspector of Piplani stating that the AIM Institute of Civil Service, Knowledge World engineering Classes, Career Point, Crash Course, DS data Structure, Albin English Classes, Excellence English Institute MPPSC, Engineering Academy, Bank SSC Training, Concept Classes, GVN The Global School, Uday Genius Classes, Match Point AAS Academy and Residency Plot and Farm Houses have put up different type of publicity material of their establishments without permission at various government and public walls, electricity polls and trees and are promoting themselves through this material.
