The Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) is continuously taking stern action against the encroachments. Under the similar action, the anti-encroachment squad of BMC removed encroachments from various areas of the city. Including the public places of Bhopal, the BMC anti-encroachment squad removed encroachments from footpaths, roads and other places on Tuesday.
Notably, the squad is taking continuous action against the encroachments. While removing the encroachments from the areas, the squad also cautioned the encroachers not to encroach on the streets and create obstacle in the smooth movement of the traffic.
The squad took the respective action from Royal Market, New Market, Rang Mahal, Jawahar Chowk and nearby areas. While removing the encroachments at the respective areas, the squad seized hand carts, pan parlours, water tanks and counters from the roadside.
While taking an action at Barkhedi, the squad removed an illegal structure of 40X60 from the road and instructed the other shopkeepers to keep the stuff within the shop limits. The squad also took action at DK Gold Tower and Gulmohur Colony. The squad seized four handcarts from the area, two shades, and a garage the squad removed illegal structures as well from there. The squad also removed other encroachments from the governmental land of the respective areas.
On the other hand, the squad seized other encroachments at Itwara road. Further at Itwara the squad seized the construction material kept at the road side of the area and was creating an obstacle for the traffic movement there. Moreover, the squad also took action at Mangalwara, Chauni, Bharat Talkies, lBS Road, Royal Market, Beragarh, lalghati, and other areas of the city.
