Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) has topped the State in providing online building permission.
The residents of the State capital wishing to construct house in the city and seeking for building permission need not to make rounds of the BMC, as the facility is being provided online.
The online building permission facility was started by the BMC from May 5, 2014 on the orders of Madhya Pradesh Government’s Urban Administration and Development department and since then by providing 4320 building permissions BMC has become number one in the State in providing online building permission.
The BMC in a statement here on Thursday made it clear that the misconceptions spread over the online building permissions by certain people for their own personal benefits are baseless and there is no truth in them. This is a new facility and is available for the people without nay hassles. Those desiring to get online building permission can log in on BMC website www.bhopalmunicipal.com and in the on line building permission section can submit the application through architect registered with the Council of Architects and BMC registered structural engineer.
After examining the application online permission is issued. In this system neither the applicant need to make rounds of the office nor they faces any sort of discomfort and they gets online building permission while sitting at their homes through the modern technology.
The building permission fee is also deposited online hence the people should take advantage of this new facility and should get their work done in less time without any problems.
