BJP State president Nandkumar Singh Chouhan said that Seva Divas (Service Day) would be observed on the occasion of PM Narendra Modi’s birthday on September 17 in all the organisational district of the State. The party workers would pray for the PM’s long life.
Chouhan asked all the district presidents to distribute fruits and clothes in hospitals, old age homes and orphanage. Health check-up drive would be organized. Front cell of the party would take participation in the creative activities on the ‘seva divas’. Women front of BJP would perform ‘sundarkand’ in the temples.
Meanwhile, BJP State Spokesperson Rajneesh Agrawal said that saint Kabir was the promoter of all the religion and he was against the religious melodrama. Central department of culture is constructing a monument at the ‘kabir chabutara’.
Kabir monument would be a symbol of unity of all the religions. The verses of Kabir would educate the society.
He added that Kabir chabutara is a famous tourism spot of PM’s constituency at Varanasi. Kabir took Samadhi in Maghar. Programs would also be organized at Maghar in his remembrance. Central government’s project to construct Kabir monument would be a milestone in the social brotherhood of the country.
