After the statement given by BJP leader Pritam Lodhi on Brahmins, the BJP state organisation summoned him to Bhopal. BJP state president VD Sharma called Pritam Lodhi to the bungalow and reprimanded him fiercely. Pritam Lodhi presented his side by giving an apology in writing to VD Sharma.
Despite Pritam Lodhi apologising on the party forum, the matter has refused to settle down. In Bhopal, President of All India Brahmin Samaj Pushpendra Mishra protested by setting fire to the photo of Pritam Lodhi in front of DB Mall.
Pushpendra Mishra said that 2 days ago, BJP leader Pritam Lodhi has insulted the Brahmin society.
Due to this the entire Brahmin society is angry with Pritam Lodhi and BJP. In protest against the statement of Pritam Lodhi, the All India Brahmin Samaj MP will hold a fierce protest.
Taking action against a criminal like Pritam Lodhi on whom 37 serious crimes are registered, he should be immediately expelled from the primary membership of the party. Otherwise the All India Brahmin Samaj will launch a fierce agitation against Pritam Lodhi and the Bharatiya Janata Party in the entire state.
After meeting BJP state president VD Sharma, Pritam Lodhi reached the state BJP office. Here he said that the assembly elections are about to come, in such a situation, Congressmen are creating propaganda by editing his video. “I respect Brahmin society. How can I stay behind when the deities have worshiped Brahmins? I had spoken about Babas like Asharam, Ram Rahim, Mirchi Bab, he said.
Pritam Lodhi said “if the sentiments of Brahmin society have been hurt after my video, then I apologize. I am ready to do whatever the Brahmin community says. I will apologize by placing my head at the feet of Brahmins across the country”.
