The handiwork of the organisational secretaries of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has worried the organisation that is now taking feedback over the situation. The BJP is learnt to have decided considering complete overhaul of the organisational system.The situation occurred after an organisational secretary of Ratlam division was found accepting cash in his bank accounts from different local leaders against providing them party ticket in panchayat and urban bodies’ elections.
Factually, all the deeds of the Madhya Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organisational secretaries have been brought into the knowledge of the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat who is camping in the State for last three days. The RSS is worried over the falling dignity of the organisation due to the conduct of the organisational secretaries.
Worried over the situation, the RSS is taking feedback from its associate organisations besides the senior BJP leaders of the State. Notably, there had been convention in the past that the organisational secretaries used to come from RSS. But off late, the practice has been stopped and the secretaries are picked from the BJP leaders only.
BJP insiders feel that probably, this is the reason behind the falling dignity of the orgnaisational secretaries in the party. Coming from RSS background, the leaders used to have a long trail of working with dignity without any gains. Sources from the BJP and the RSS are of the view that the situation in the organisation might take some major decision over the organisational secretaries. Notably, the RSS chief in the State since January 13 and would remain here till January 20.
