Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) across the Madhya Pradesh on Saturday celebrated its landslide victory in Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Uttarakhand besides formation of its Governments in Manipur and Goa.
BJP State president and MP Nandkumar Singh Chouhan addressing the party workers on the occasion at party State headquarters Pundit Deendayal Upadhyaya campus said, “The people demolished casteism, muscle power and money power in the elections of five States results that were declared on March 11. The people of these five States stamped the development policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and showed mirror to those political parties that are engaged in narrow politics of caste, creed and religion.”
Chouhan further said that the landslide victory in UP and Uttarakhand is victory of PM Modi’s positive works, reforms, political will and courage. The people of UP exhibited faith in the revolutionary policies of PM Modi and provided huge mandate with two third majority to the party. The people of UP not only rejected the Congress and Samajwadi Party (SP) alliance but also taught a lesson to it. All the opponents of BJP tried everything to stop BJP in UP but no one could pose challenge to the tsunami of PM Modi and the able management of BJP president Amit Shah and the result was that party registered landslide victory, he added.
The celebrations were held across the state including in state capital Bhopal where victory was celebrated at all the 17 Mandals of the city and at all the booths besides at Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Rewa, Sehore, Datia, Sheopur, Rajgarh, Tikamgarh, Narsinghpur, Seoni and other places.
