The Bhopal streets have now become the prime location for the shooting of daily soaps. Recently the shoot for two channels has been completed and now the producers are all set with new projects to be shot in Bhopal.
Recently, the shooting of the daily soap 'Sajaan' is completed. The serial is being made under the banner of Rashmi Sharma Telefilms Production, known for its daily soap 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya' which is aired on Star Plus. Saajan will also be aired on Star Plus soon.
The serial stars Chhavi Pandey as the lead known for Ek Boond Ishq. It also stars new comers Abhay Vakil and Sehban Azim opposite Chhavi. It also features veteran actor Sumit Bharadwaj in one of the main roles. The serial is being directed by Pawan Sharma.
The shooting was carried out at VIP road, Benazir Ground, and Taj Mahal.
According to the sources, another production of Rashmi telefilms is all set to go on floor from November. Also the shooting of the new production will be held in Bhopal.
Meanwhile, the two short stories of 'lootere- Bandits of British India' have been recently finished on Bhopal streets.
Keeping the streets of the city as the backdrop, the series lootere is based on the India during British rule. It is all about how few groups used to loot the British officials leaving them empty handed.
Soon another schedule of the same production will begin in city. Interestingly, the city artists will be seen in the series.
The series is being directed by Priya and is being produced under the banner of Tele Spin Talkies Productions which will be aired on Epic Channel.
