Amidst stiff competition from reputed organisations of Central India, BHEl has won the Tata Crucible Corporate Business Quiz competition 2016 organised by Tata Group at Fortune landmark Hotel, Indore. This is for the consecutive third time that BHEl has won the award.
In 2015, the team had won the Runners- up spot and in 2014 the top spot. Vivek Pathak, DGM (IT), and Debasish Mandal, DGM (TXS), represented BHEl at the competition. The Team won a cash award of Rs 75000. The award was presented by Prof. Debashish Das, Head, Tata International.
AMV Yugandhar , Executive Director, BHEl, Bhopal felicitated the members of the winning team representing BHEl at the competition on their return to Bhopal in presence of Sanjeev Gupta, General Manager (P&D,IT), AK Varshney, General Manager (Engineering, Comm. and Services-EM&TPTN) and NP Sanodia, AGM(IT).
Tata Crucible is India’s most prestigious Corporate Business Quiz competitions, wherein around 2500 teams, across 26 cities participated in the last year’s edition held by the Tata Group.
Around 85 teams from different reputed national and multinational companies participated in the preliminary round of this Business Quiz and BHEl Bhopal team was amongst the top 6 teams to make it to the Finals. In the finals, they were simply unstoppable, with amazing speed, depth of knowledge and passion for information and registered a resounding victory.
