A programme titled ‘Winning Together’ was inaugurated the other day at BHEl, HRDC by RK Arya, GM (PC). A total number of 34 participants are undergoing this training programme which focuses on team work. Arya said that this training should be given to all the employees.
Brijesh Agrawal, AGM (HRD & CPIO) on this occasion said that productivity, quality and team work are essential for any organisation.
Smriti Sharma, DeputyManager (HR), Hari Om Piple, Deputy Manager (TAD) and Vaibhav Panch Bhai, Sr Design Engineer (AME) were present as jury members on this occasion Vijay Bhalla, Sr Manager (HR) proposed vote of thanks were as Nema, Sr Engineer conducted the programme.
