To ensure a smooth transition to the new role and readiness to contribute proactively in his/ her new role, Human Resource Department (HRD), BHEL-Bhopal organises Inspire programme for all newly promoted executives of Bhopal Unit each year.
For the promoted executives of previous year, HRD inaugurated a 6-day Inspire programme the other day at Vikas Hall, HRD, BHEL Bhopal. The programme started with the welcome of the Chief Guest, Senior Officials and the participants.
The Chief Guest, Sushil Kumar Baveja (GM & Head of Unit) emphasised on necessary attributes of an executive such as decision making ability, patience & good listening, taking responsibility for failure and sharing credit with the team, transforming the mindset and respect time.
Binoy Kumar, AGM (HR) stressed on Conduct Discipline and Appeal Rules (CDA Rules) of the organisation. Swagata S Saxena Sr DGM (HRD), highlighted the focus areas of this week-long programme covering Vision, Mission & Values, Business Scenario & Challenges, Business Communication, Achievement Orientation, Personal Finance, Safety & HSE Guidelines, Promotion of Hindi Language, Team Building & Conflict Management, Developing Quality Consciousness using case study method, Customer Focus, Health Awareness & Positive Living, Preventive Vigilance, Works Policy, Purchase Policy, etc.
Team HRD, BHEL Bhopal comprising Swagata S Saxena (Sr DGM), Molly Bibleen Xaxa (Manager), Arvind Tiwary (Dy Manager) and Mohd Atiq Khan along with Team FCX, Team ELX, P&PR and Canteen assured other arrangements to facilitate this training programme.
