BHEl, Bhopal’s Human Resource Development Centre on Friday organized a two-day workshop of CQ & BE on ‘Root Cause Analysis-RCA’ for Quality function executives. On this occasion MS Kinra, GM (Quality & HR) was present as the Chief Guest.
Amitabh Dubey, AGM (HRD), Daisy Bhalla AGM (CQ&BE) and Sanjoy Chakraborty, AGM(CQ&BE) were also present in the programme. A total of 22 participants are attending the programme from various sister units/sites of BHEl.
Kinra in his address emphasised the need of ‘Quality’ in all the areas. He also said that if Quality is focused in a process, other issues get addressed on its own. To analyse failures, certain basic principles of RCA need to be briefly understood. Today is the time for all to act.
DC Bhalla, AGM (CQ& BE) briefed about the programme and quality concepts which shall be covered. Umesh Kumar Savle, Sr Engineer (HRD) proposed the vote of thanks and compeered the programme.
Meanwhile, in a simple programme held the other day at Jawaharlal Nehru School, Habibganj Pratibha Thakur, President BHEl ladies Club inaugurated a canteen built in the school premises. On this occasion, TU Singh, DGM and Secretary of BHEl Shiksha Mandal, V Vijaya Kumar, Principal along with all the Vice Presidents of BHEl ladies Club and other BHEl officials were present.
The canteen services will be rendered by Vatika which will provide healthy food to the students during their lunch break.
To encourage the green environment initiative a tree plantation was also done in the school premises by the guests. The Vice Principal Ragini Shrivastava extended gratitude to Pratibha Thakur for the facilities provided to the school.
