Krishnan, Director (HR), BHEl, today assessing the progress going on in the Transformer and Switchgear Division of BHEl, Bhopal, held discussion with the senior officials on the status of the various ongoing projects.
Shashi Ranjan Prasad, Executive Director along with other sr. officials of Bhopal unit were present during the visit. Krishnan speaking on this occasion said that the confidence the customer has shown in such challenging environment by placing order on us has to be reciprocated from our side. He further urged the employees to work with full commitment and dedication thereby producing products of International Standard.
Krishnan also took stock of the initiatives undertaken by Human Resource Management, Bhopal towards employee welfare. Shri Girish Shrivastava, General Manager (HR) making a presentation on the works done in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility informed the gathering about various other activities of the division.
At this juncture Critical Machine Monitoring Mechanism was also inaugurated. Dheeman Sen, General Manager (P&D, IT & Feeders) on this occasion briefed the gathering about the details of the mechanism. On this occasion all General Manager’s and DROs were present.
Trade Union representatives of various unions of the unit, Junior Executive Association and Officers Association also met with Director (HR). Krishnan educating the union representatives about the present industrial challenges exhorted them to work with full devotion.
Meanwhile, Executive Director of BHEl, Bhopal Shashi Ranjan Prasad inaugurated the renovated conference room of Technical wing of the BHEl ladies Welfare society. Neelima Prasad, President, BHEl ladies Club; members of the club and other senior officials of BHEl were also present on this occasion.
later puja and aarti was also offered to lord Vishwakarma in a simple programme held at Technical wing of Helping Hands. BHEl ladies Welfare Society under the aegis of BHEl carries out various developmental works for the society especially for the women, making them socially independent.
