BHEl Bhopal was awarded with the ‘Outstanding Achievement Award’ in recognition of excellence in R&D through technology in large enterprise category during the second outstanding achievement award 2014 function organised by Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Bhopal (FMPCCI, Bhopal) on Saturday.
BHEl Bhopal was conferred the recognition for outstanding achievements in filing patents and copyrights and propagating the IPR culture during past three years by the panel of eminent jurists. The award was received by AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director, Bhopal from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at Hotel Courtyard Marriot.
RC Agrawal, President, FMPCCI and Chairman Dainik Bhaskar Group, Sanjeev Gupta, GM (P&D, IT) and G Ramakrishna, AGM (EME & SYX) were also present during the award ceremony. Meanwhile, three new parks by the names ‘Shakti Udyan’, ‘Sourya Udyan’ and ‘Urjaa Udyan’ have been developed by removing unused material at the Gas and Power Plant department in BHEl Bhopal. On Sunday, AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director, BHEl Bhopal planted trees and inaugurated the parks.
On this occasion, TG Chauragade, GM (MOD &WEX), Sanjeev Gupta, GM (P&D & IT) along with AK Kiyawat, AGM (SFX), BK Singh, AGM (FCX), B Mondal, AGM (EMX) and Rajiv Sarna, AGM (GPX) also planted trees.
With the inauguration of these parks, there will be considerable decrease in the amount of dust in the environment. This green belt will boost up environment as well. BHEl has always worked towards conservation of the environment.
