At the Management Committee Meeting held at Corporate Office, New Delhi AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director BHEl, Bhopal was felicitated for outstanding performance of the unit in the last two years.
AtulSobti, Chairman and Managing Director appreciated the contribution of Yugandhar at Bhopal, Hyderabad and Haridwar unit and also accorded a warm farewell before his superannuation this month. Sobti in his address said that Yugandhar apart from having a sober personality is fully committed to deliver upon any responsibilities.
Sobti further said that in 2011-12 when they both were working at Hyderabad unit, Yugandhar was heading the Turbine group and under his leadership out a total turnover of `7000 crore, `1400 crore was achieved by the group headed by Yugandhar. Yugandhar thanked the management for the appreciation showered upon him by the management.
Meanwhile, BHEl, Bhopal’s Ancillary and Sub-Contracting Division on Tuesday organised an interactive session for vendors on the theme “BHEl’s partnership with MSMEs in Make in India Movement” Around 50 vendors from Govindpura, Habibganj and Mandideep participated in the programme. On this occasion TG Chouragade, General Manager (WE, CS & MOD); HK Nigam, General Manager (MM); M S Kinra, General Manager (Quality); Pravakar Das, AGM (ASC); MK Sharma, AGM (QTR); SK Sharma AGM (QIX); T Dayalmoorthy, AGM (ASC) and other senior officials were present. MK Sachdeva, President Govindpura Industries were also present in the programme.
