Executive Director of BHEl (Bhopal) Shashi Ranjan Prasad hoisted the National Flag on the occasion of 65th Republic Day celebration here at Piplani parade ground on Sunday. At this juncture he accepted salutations from CISF contingents and the school children. Girish Shrivastava, General Manager, HR & President BHECNIS; Aradhana, Commandant, CISF and all other GM’s were present on this occasion.
Prasad addressing the gathering at the parade ground said that since independence BHEl, Bhopal and the employees of the organisation has committed self to keep the country’s wheel of progress in motion. He urged the gathering to work with full commitment & dedication in the last quarter to achieve the slated target. Citing the current economic environment he said that BHEl too is affected by its spell.
Highlighting the major achievements of various manufacturing blocks of the unit he said that quality along with reduction in capital cost should be ensured. In the end Shri Prasad wishing the gathering a prosperous Republic day said that it is because of the hard work of the employees of BHEl the company has been able to make a unique place in the global industrial arena.
BHECNIS on this occasion organized the ‘All India Kavi Sammelan’ in which Pradeep Choubey, Vishnu Saxena, Shashi Kant Yadav, Kavita Kiran, Deepti Mishra, Shrimati Anu Sapan, Chand Sheri and Dharmendra Solanki mesmerized the audience with their compositions. Earlier a cricket match was also held at Sports club where large number of employees took part.
BJP MlA from Narela constituency Vishwas Sarang on Monday called on Shashi Ranjan Prasad, Executive Director, BHEl, Bhopal. During the visit discussions were held on various issues regarding the township of BHEl. On the topic of road repairing work of the Govindpura area Prasad informed that the tendering process for the work is in progress and the same will be done on priority basis. On the issue of electricity distribution in Anna Nagar, Prasad said that BHEl will in talks with Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board try to make available how individual meter installation process for smooth electricity access in the area can be made available.
