Siddh Bhauji reviewed the arrangements made for the 86th Free Urology and General Surgery camp being held at Sant Hirdaram Nagar on Thursday. Siddh Bhauji was told that the lodging arrangements for foreign surgeons, fumigation of operation theaters, availability of medicines and surgical items, deployment of volunteers and arrangement of ambulances, have been made as per the need.
Siddh bhauji was also informed that arrangement of required blood is also made. Siddh bhauji said that the post operative care of the patients is equally important as the surgeries. Siddh bhauji added that he himself will take care of the patients in the midnight during surgery days. He stressed the need of errorless and attentive post operative care of the patients.
Eight American surgeons along with 18 trained USA based paramedical staff will perform Urology and other general surgeries in the camp. Dr. Brandon Duglous will operate the Patients of Prostate enlargement and stone in Urethra aliments. Dr Jill Arganbright will operate the patients of Thyroid, Goitre, lumps on face and neck etc. Simultaneously plastic surgeon Dr Jaffery Dillow will operate the patients of cleft lips and cleft palate. Dr Temmy Neblock and Dr Joel David will perform general surgeries of other ailing patients. Three American anesthesiologists of Indian origin Dr Radha Sukhani, Dr Pratibha Khare and Dr Naina Sabharwal will also be in the team of surgeons.
Registration of patients will be done on Thursday February 16th 2017 from morning 8 to 2.00 PM in mid-day. Preliminary examination, pathology and imaging investigation will also be done from the same day till its completion. Patients identified for their surgeries will be admitted in the hospital on February 18, 2017. Surgeries will be performed from Feb 20 to 23, 2017.
Bhopal based medical specialists and surgeons Dr CP Dewani, Dr Sudhir lokwani, Dr TK Gyanchandani, Dr Rajesh Valecha, Dr Deepak Jain, Dr Rahul Agrawal and Dr Anand Kaale, Dr. Deepak Jhangiani from Mumbai and Dr Naresh Himthani from Apollo Hospital Ahmedabad will perform primary and follow up examinations of the patients.
Patients of various urinary disorders, Thyroid, Goitre, Cleft lips and cleft palates, spotted skin of burnt patients should bring their old priscriptions, pathology and imaging reports along with their documents of authentic personal identity proof in the camp.
