There will be tight security in the proposed Bharat Jodo Yatra of Rahul Gandhi from November 23 in Madhya Pradesh. Only those people will be able to walk with Rahul during the yatra, whose names will be given to the police by the Congress.

According to the information received from the officials, during Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra, other people could not reach him easily, for this, a rope would be placed on both sides of the road. Apart from 18 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSP) in the security system, about 500 policemen will be deployed in every shift.

Giving information in this matter, Inspector General of Police, Indore (Rural) Rakesh Gupta said that the date for the start of the yatra has not yet been received from the Congress. He said that even then complete preparations have been made regarding security. Security personnel will be deployed as per the need at the resting place, walking tour, carcade and meeting place.

Apart from this, wherever the traffic will be changed, there will also be deployment of policemen. The traffic of all the small and big roads which are connected to the pedestrian route will also be changed. Sufficient police force is available in all the districts. Even after this, if required, force will be called from other districts.
