The multi-art centre of the city Bharat Bhavan always brings something new for the art lovers of Bhopal. This time, under Saptak series of cultural events Bharat Bhavan would organise a two-day event on August 10. Notably, under Saptak series of cultural events, organises events like, classical dance, classical recitals and much more.
This time on the opening day of the event, a renowned and distinguished Hindi playwright, poet and critic Nand Kishore Acharya would recite his writings before the literature lovers of the city. He would recite his works under Vagarth wing of literature, Bharat Bhavan.
Beginning his writing career early with an analytical work on the writings of one of the most eminent writers of India, Nand Kishore Acharya grew to find his own distinct voice in the affectionate guidance of literatures like Ajneya and Chhagan Mohta.
His one of the most famous writings includes Agneya ki kaavya Titirsha, a book that had written with great simplicity and critical sharpness.
His plays, poems criticism, articles on issues of contemporary concerns and on education and his translations have given Hindi literature a new insight, a new direction and a new recognition of
values. A command of almost every genre of creative writing, clear incisive vision and originality of verbal expression has earned him great respect amongst his contemporaries. His writing explores the grey and untouched subliminal zones of myths, legends and history, redefining human sensibilities and piercing the contemporary, social and political scenarios.
On the second day of the event, a noted classical singer Nandani Bedekar would give her performance on August 11. Her performance would be held under the Anhad wing of classical music and dance. She is one of the refined classical vocalists of the country. She enhances the music with the essence of her melodious voice. She would be performing the classical music at Antrang Hall, Bharat Bhavan.
The programme would be like a treat for the art lovers of the city.
