A new system is going to start in the capital's Hamidia Hospital, after which better availability of blood or medicines will be ensured to the patients undergoing treatment here. If patients admitted to Hamidia Hospital find it difficult to get medicine or if there is any problem in the quality of food, the patient will be able to complain about it immediately through a QR code.
Actually, QR codes will be installed in all the wards of the hospital. With the help of which, in case of any complaint related to food, medicine, treatment, cleanliness and safety, the patient will be able to register a complaint easily by scanning the QR code from his mobile. The complaint has to be registered by scanning the QR code and entering the patient ID number.
The team deployed to monitor the complaint will go around the patient and listen to the problem and help them. Apart from this, patients will also be able to file a complaint from the phone number, action will be taken on the complaint within a maximum of 12 hours. The hospital management is preparing to start this facility by August 15.
The complaints received on the new online system will be reviewed every month to see which department is receiving repeated complaints so that it can be rectified in future. At present, the work of new building in Hamidia Hospital is almost complete, along with this , the shifting work has also started. Keeping in mind that the patients do not face any kind of problem after shifting to the new building, this preparation is being done so that the patients and their families do not have to wander anywhere.
