A meeting was organized at Bhopal Development Authority Headquarters and in the meeting, approval was given for the development of 45 metre master plan road Misrod-Barai and 43 MIG duplexes and 61 LIG duplexes in the Aerocity scheme, known for all-round development of the capital Bhopal.
The authority tries to benefit all sections of the society with its schemes. Many important projects were also proposed in this meeting, so that people in the capital can get better housing facilities at cheaper rates. In the proposed works, the renewal of the lease of the property allotted on lease under the Management and Disposal of Properties of Madhya Pradesh Authority Rules 2018 was presented in the context of the government order.
In the meeting, approval was given for dearness allowance, fourth time scale pay scale to the employees and officers of the authority. Approval was also granted for the evaluation of the plots received by the authority to meet the development expenditure under the capital's famous 45 m Master Plan Road Misrod Barai Nagar Vikas Yojana.
Apart from 43 MIG duplexes and 61 LIG duplexes in Aerocity scheme Bhopal, approval was given for the construction work of 96 cells on the land situated in a multi unit complex in Aerocity scheme.
Apart from this, approval was granted to calculate the price of 272 EWS 1BHK flats under Raja Bhoj Yojana, Godermau Phase-2 of the authority and approval for evaluation of shops, offices and cells available in bus stand premises in Vidyanagar Phase II Yojana, Hoshangabad Road.
