The new branch of Bank of Baroda was inaugurated here on Monday at Baghmugalia. It is the 60th branch of the bank in Bhopal.
The new branch was inaugurated by Virendra Kumar, Director of Technical Education in the State Government. On the occasion Anil Kumar Gaud, Joint Director of Urban Administration Department and Rajendra Kumar, General Manager of Bank of Baroda were present as special guests.
An event was also organised to mark the inaugural ceremony of the 60th branch of Bank of Baroda. The event began traditionally with the lighting of the lamp. While addressing the event, zonal head of the bank Rajesh Kumar informed about the customer care services and other services of the bank.
The General Manager of the bank said that in 1908, Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III, set up the Bank of Baroda (BoB) and since then the bank is providing the best customer care services to its customers.
While addressing the event Anil Kumar Gaud Joint Director of Urban Development Department appreciated the customer care services provided by the bank. Elaborating further, he said that such services should be followed in future too. On the other hand, Virendra Kumar, Director of Technical Education said that the customers even consider a bank which provides better services and Bank of Baroda is providing better services. He further encouraged the bank staff to improvise their services even more so that it could prove beneficial not only for the customers but also the bank.
On the occasion Rajesh Kumar and Deputy General Manager assured that the officials would work towards providing better customer services. Assistant General Manager of Atul Kumar Bansali and Manager of Bagmugalia branch Ankur Gupta were also present.
