During the tour of India, the travel company of Banaras refused to return the amount of a French tourist, the embassy of France intervened in the matter to resolve it. The travel agent has asked for 20 days from police to return the amount.
Mynet Vincent, the resident of Petigend Veleres of France has lodged the complaint in GRP Police of Gwalior. Mynet has informed while conducting the tour of India he has paid Rs90,000 to Travel Agency of Banaras to take the responsibility to allot accommodation in Goa and booked the Air ticket.
Due to bad weather, flight was cancelled and Travel Agency has promised to return Rs40,000 of cancelled ticket amount to Mynet Vincent and his friend Charlie Seline. After this, the tourist were embarked to Khajuraho and they didn’t receive any amount. Mynet has informed GRP Police, Gwalior that he hasn’t received the amount. Police contacted the owner of Agency Sanjay and he has stated that he will send the amount within 20 days.
