A case of fraud regarding availing loan of Rs3.5 lakh using forged documents was registered by Bagh Sewania police on Thursday. According to the police, using forged documents of Ravindra Chourasia (35) and Suresh Vishwakarma (56) miscreants availed loan under the scheme Swarna Jayanti Swarozgar Yojna from Bagh Mughalia branch of Bank of India. A complaint was lodge with the SDOP Misrod by the miscreants and based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation a case was registered by Baghsewania police. The miscreants have availed loan thrice. The three availed loan were Rs1 lakh, Rs35,000 and Rs1.9 lakh. The police have registered a case under section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC and have started further investigation. The victim came to know about the fraud after the officials of the Bank of India Bagh Mughalia branch contacted regarding recovery of the dues.
