The B team of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is working in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that works to ensure his victory during the lok Sabha elections and make’s mockery of their own party candidate, said former member of the Shivraj Singh Chouhan Cabinet Kl Agrawal here on Tuesday.
Agrawal, who lost Assembly elections, was speaking at the BJP meeting of leaders here on Tuesday. Former legislator Rao Deshraj Singh supported Agrawal’s point of view. The meeting was held at BJP State headquarters.
The lost BJP candidates of the BJP outburst their emotions in the meeting. Party shouldered the responsibility of sharing their sorrow to the national vice-president and MP Prabhat Jha. Jha patiently listened to all the lost assembly candidates and in the last gave only one message – forget everything and start working to make lok Sabha candidate of their respective areas victorious. Agarwal said that whoever is fielded Scindia our own party people starts working against him to ensure loss of party candidate. Deshraj Singh said that late Kushabhau Thakre while fielding him against Scindia had told that keep on contesting unless and until emerge victorious. “I am fighting that battle till now and this being the reason that Scindia brought in his close confidant Mahendra Singh Kalukheda to Mungawali and put in all his might to ensure me lose,” he added.
Former minister Ramkrishna Kusmaria said that those who worked against the party and did not leave any stone unturned to ensure party candidates’ defeat are now sitting on the stage. Similarly, all the defeated party candidates put forth their views. In the last, Jha consoling the defeated candidates, said, “You people might have lost but for the party you are still MlA the only difference is that you have not entered in the assembly. Party would carry on all the programmes in your constituency considering you as the MlA.”
