Even as most exit polls have given comfortable majority to the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance, Rajeev Agrawal, a local astrologer, feels that as per the current planetary conditions of the BJP, the party may have to content with 220-245 seats and there is all likelihood of leaders like Mamata Banerjee, Jagan Mohan Reddy and Jayalalitha supporting the BJP in the formation of the next government at the Centre.
However, in any case, given the planetary condition of the BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, he may become the next Prime Minister of India. On the counting day, May 16, Narendra Modi who is of Scorpio `lagna,' would be undergoing the transit of a `Moon-Rahu-Venus' combination (dasha) which is a `Rajyog kaarak'.
Agrawal said that `Rahu' has always turned out to be a benefic for Narendra Modi. It was because of Rahu's strong and favourable position in his horoscope he won the last Gujarat assembly elections with a comfortable majority.
`Rahu' is once again bound to play a key role in Narendra Modi's political career and in all likelihood would make him the next Prime Minister of India. However, due to a weak horoscope of the BJP, the party may not be able to get absolute majority. Its tally in the current elections may be between 220 and 245 seats, Agrawal added.
In that eventuality, the BJP will require support of other parties to form government at the Centre, Agrawal said, adding that though Trinamool Congress leader Mamata Banerjee has ruled out support to the BJP in the formation of the next government, as per the astrological calculations Mamata along with AIADMK leader Jayalalitha and Andhra's YSR leader Jagan Reddy may extend their support when the time comes.
According to Agrawal, whose predictions on Indian elections and the share market have come true on numerous occasions, the bull runs in the share market may not continue if the BJP-led NDA wins less than 260 seats and in that eventuality, the share market may see a fall of 8 to 10 per cent.
On the other hand, if the NDA's tally crosses 260 marks, the Indian share market may go up by 2 to 3 per cent.
