The monsoon session of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly will start from August 9 and will continue till August 12, 2021.
For smooth conduct and functioning of session speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Girish Gautam has also called an all-party meeting on Sunday.
According to Principal Secretary, Legislative Assembly AP Singh, since the issuance of the notification of the session of the Legislative Assembly starting from Monday, a total of 1184 questions have been received in the Legislative Assembly Secretariat, while 236 for calling attention, 17 adjournment motion, 40 zero hour, 14 non-official resolution and 139 urgent public importance, 8 of petitions and 3 of government bills and 2 of pending bills have been received.
"Unparliamentary words and phrases collection" booklet prepared by Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly Secretariat for the use of members would be released in the presence of Speaker, Chief Minister, Leader of Opposition and Parliamentary Affairs Minister on Sunday 8th August 2021 at 12.30 PM in Mansarovar Auditorium in Vidhan Sabha.
The exhibition of bamboo based products will be inaugurated on 9th August 2021 by the Speaker and Chief Minister by Artison Company Dewas in the Central Hall of Vidhan Sabha Bhawan.
In view of the prevailing corona virus situation, instructions have been given by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly that visitors should not gather in the Secretariat premises and enter the premises only by wearing a mask. Pre-entry vaccination will also be mandatory to protect against Covid-19.
