An Asian Food Festival is being organised at Courtyard by Marriott from November 14 to November 24.
Visiting Chef Piyawat would craft an interesting array of authentic Asian cuisine, which will see an amalgamation of culinary traditions from regions like China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Chef Piyawat Chatchavanhans from Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon brings 35 years of gastronomic excellence, and is considered a master in Thai cuisine.
He will team up with Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal’s Executive Chef Amit Vashist to whip up magic and create a scrumptious menu.

Keeping in mind the preferences of vegetarians, the food festival offers a wide variety of vegetarian delicacies like Wok Fried Mushroom , Pokchoy, Broccoli and Asparagus in Hot Garlic Sauce Giving the perfect end to this Asian odyssey is the desserts corner, comprising of traditional sinful delights like Tub Tim Grob, Pancakes with Sweet, Bean Paste and Vanilla.
As the world is bidding adieu to the living cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar, Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal has dedicated two dishes for the master blaster, Tofu Thod (Deep fried silken tofu served with peanut sauce) and Kai kra tiem (Crispy chicken with garlic and Crushed peppercorn) in this on-going Asian Food Festival to extend their appreciation.
