Minister of State for General Administration lal Singh Arya has given instructions to fill backlog posts. He was reviewing the activities of the General Administration department at Mantralaya on Wednesday. Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Prabhanshu Kamal was present in the meeting.
Arya said that delay should not be caused in the cases of compassion appointments, these cases should be redressed within time limit. He mentioned that the General Administration department must have knowledge about the category wise vacant posts of various departments.
Arya said that a circular should be issued to district collectors, where the cases of caste certificates are pending that the cases should be redressed before the start of new academic session. He held discussions with officers of the construction agency and CPA in connection to the progress of the Annexe building of Mantralaya.
