And so each year the event brings something new for the Bhopal art lovers. Each year an exhibition of different themes is put up to woo the art lovers of the city. This year at lokrang 2015, the Bhopalites will get to have a close look of the various forms of elephants under the exhibition 'Eravat'.
Under this exhibition the art lovers will experience the different 'roops' of elephants as far as Indian tradition and culture is concerned. Moreover, under this exhibition the visitors will also learn about the Indian tradition where they will be told about the story of God Indra and his vehicle Eravat. This exhibition is one of its kinds organised ever in lokrang. Moreover, the visitors will enjoy watching the different forms of Eravat exhibited under one roof.
The cultural programme filled with the colours of rich art and tradition from across the world 'lokrang 2015' will begin here from January 26 at open air auditorium of the Ravindra Bhavan. Each time lokrang presents something new and unique for the art lovers of the city. Till now lokrang has presented performances from Fiji, Mauritius, America, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Nigeria, Ukraine and many more countries. Notably, this programme is being organized in the State capital for past 29 years and this is its 30th year.
