Army has established a150 beded isolation centre at 3 EME Centre Bairagarh which is functional from Monday. This Centre is meant for keeping those patients who have been tested COVID-19 Positive, asymptomatic and do not require any specialised medical treatment like Oxygen, Ventilator or ICU.
Basically to cater for those cases who do not have home isolation facilities. Patients will be routed to Army Isolation Centre through the Government approved / designated COVID-19 Hospital. A reception center for Army Isolation Centre has been established near Entrance Gate of 3 EME Centre Bairagarh.
A medical doctor detailed by Chief Medical Officer (Civil Administration) will examine patients at the Reception. Patients should be in possession of their COVID-19 Positive Report and AADHAR Card. Ex-servicemen / Family Pensioners and their dependents can report directly to Reception Centre with their COVID-19 Positive Report, AADHAR Card and ECHS Card.
