To celebrate the significance of ecological food, farming and living, Anant and Go Rurban is organising Anant Mandi on July 28 i.e. Sunday at Gandhi Bhawan.
Its to be noted that it is a place where people can buy organically grown food directly from the farmers and other local produces.
They also get a chance to interact with farmers this enhance the relationship between them.
The Mandi invites farmers from Bhopal and nearby districts like Dewas, Itarsi, Hoshangabad, Vidisha, Sehore and more in which they will bring variety of food products and other eco-friendly products.
Apart from the regular Mandi this time there are other activities too like a Swap sale and Photo exhibition.
Anant Mandi aims to promote sustainable living and community building through different modes and to spread this message, we are conducting different activities too.
To promote the idea of sharing, Anant Mandi is also bringing to you Bhopal's first swap sale where people can exchange things like clothes, stationary, accessories etc. This will inculcate the habit of "sharing" rather than "buying".
To celebrate the month of Saawan, delicious snacks made of organic food raw materials will be served at the
Mandi.
Interns of Ansh Happiness Society has organised a week long event named Mahol, the aim was to bring awareness about the growing climate change and to instigate the young minds to start thinking about the ways to save our environment.
For the closing day of the event Mahol interns will put a photo exhibition of the week-long activities organised under the event Mahol.
Anant Mandi is organised on the last Sunday of every month at Gandhi Bhawan from 3 pm - 8 pm.
