A delegation of SC and ST students called on Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan here on Sunday and apprised him of their problems.
Chouhan said that all facilities to students of these categories will continue.The Chief Minister said that employees posted in hostels should work in hostels only.
Action will be taken against concerning officers if they are attached to any other office. TV and other electrical appliances in hostels will be maintained regularly.
He said that he would himself visit hostels to know their condition.Principal Secretary Scheduled Castes Welfare Ashok Kumar Shah and Principal Secretary Tribal Welfare PC Meena were also present on the occasion.
