Alleging that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan cannot emerge clean from the Vyapam scam, leader of the Opposition in the State assembly Ajay Singh has demanded that narco test should be conducted on Chief Minister, his wife, former Minister laxmikant Sharma and few others.
While talking to media persons here on Friday, Singh alleged that the Chief Minister by adopting a strategy, is trying to get a clean chit in the Vyam scam. “If CBI really wants to know the truth in Vyapam scam, it should get narco test conducted on Chief Minister, his wife, former minister laxmikant Sharma, Ajay Mehta, Gulab Singh Kirar, Nitin Mahindra and CM’s personal assistant Prem Singh,” he alleged.
He stated that the decision of Supreme Court is still pending on the hard disc, whether it has been tampered with or not, but the visit of Chief Minister’s cabinet colleagues to CBI office seeking action against former chief minister Digvijay Singh, clearly indicates that Chouhan is thriving hard to get clean chit in the scam.
Singh alleged that the CBI is working as a puppet of the government and instead of properly investigating the case, the CBI is busy in providing clean chit to the Chief Minister.
