Ajay questions authority of CM's 'Dil ki Baat'

Published on:

leader of the Opposition in the State assembly Ajay Singh has alleged that after Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has failed on almost all the fronts, he is not able to face people of the State and thus he has decided to talk to the citizens on ‘Dil ki baat’ through Akashwani.

Singh questioned the authority of conducting such a programme on Akashwani, stating that if Chouhan has anything in his mind or in the heart, people of the State have given him mandate for materialising his dreams for the people. He asked whether the Chief Minister has failed in bringing his ideas at ground level.

Singh suggested that instead of copying Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh, Chouhan should indulge in working for the people.

He alleged that at present there is State of chaos in Madhya Pradesh and the Chief Minister is feeling harassed. He (Chouhan) has already accepted that the farming is no more a business of profit and already said that it is impossible to check illegal mining of sand.

On the other hand, State BJP president Nandkumar Singh Chouhan is cursing his own people (BJP workers and leaders) for corruption. Such a situation indicates that Chouhan has completely failed in ruling the State as a Chief Minister, Singh alleged.

“The Chief Minister, who used to consider that ‘dialogue is solution’, is now not willing to maintain dialogue with the people,” said Singh, adding that at the time when farmers were on the path of agitation, Chouhan did not take the opportunity to talk to them.
