Leader of the Opposition in the State Assembly Ajay Singh demanded from Governor of Madhya Pradesh and Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) to not only stop Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan but also take action against him for going unconstitutional, as before State Assembly results he is using Government machinery for own interest and organizing Cabinet meeting which is also violation of Model Code of Conduct.
Singh raised allegation that before the election results CM Chouhan is keen on completing the files of his invested interest and along with the meeting of officials a cabinet meeting is scheduled on December 5.
He requested Governor of Madhya Pradesh and Chief Electoral Officer that these actions are violation of Model Code of Conduct and completion of files by using government machinery is unconstitutional and important meeting like cabinet meeting scheduled and CM Chouhan should be instructed by these Supreme Authorities of the state at the moment.
Only eight days are left in the election results and what are these important works which CM Chouhan failed to complete in the past 15 years but could complete in eight days.
The results would be out on December 11 and mandate would make it clear regarding people’s choice.
The CM Chouhan is making mockery of democracy and along with democracy he has also disregard towards Model Code of Conduct.
The reason behind these actions could be ascertained as eagerness displayed by CM Chouhan could be answered by him only.
