In order to prevent coronavirus infection and lock-down of students across the country, students' education should not be affected. Keeping this in view, AISECT University has started online education and training facility for the students.
It has been started by AISECT Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra Bhopal. Under this, audio-rich PPT, PDF files, notes, mock tests, training material WhatsApp group and email are being made available for students.
Through the WhatsApp group, the students are also keeping the questions and problems related to their subject where the faculty and trainers of the centers are providing solutions to the students.
Online classes are also being taken by the Master Trainers of AISECT for training the trainers of the centers online. For convenience, groups of various disciplines have been created on WhatsApp, including Assistant Electrician, Customer Care Executive, Domestic Data Entry Operator, Distributor Salesman, Documentation Assistant, Plumber General, Solar PV Installer, Saving Machine Operator, Pharmacy Assistant, IT Help Desk Attendant, Field Technician and Computing Peripheral (Computer Hardware) Job Role Are included.
In these groups, students from related subject batches have been added and study materials of online classes are being made available.
There are also some practice questions for students in Study Material, which have been made compulsory for students to answer so as to ensure maximum participation of students.
Special online video classes are also being taken through the Zoom app for training. Besides, training material is also being continuously prepared for the convenience of the students. In this way, efforts are being made to remove the disruption in regular classes due to lockdown. It has also shown a large number of participation from students.
An important part of this process is also the feedback form, which is an online form in the form of Google, which has been mandated to be filled by the trainees.
This form covers many more related questions other than questions related to job roll from students.
Apart from this, the daily time table and syllabus of online study is being made available by iSect PMKK Bhopal so that online classes can be conducted with full discipline.
