Advance Medical College Bhopal has been accused of receiving Government land on lease free of cost. One Amitabh Agrnihotri has demanded cancellation of the land allotment to this college.
He has also filed a petition in the High Court against the irregularities in land allotment to the Advance Medical College. Besides, complaints have also been filed by Agnihotri with the State government and Medical Council of Indian (MCI).
The petition was filed by Agnihotri, who runs a website. While talking to the media persons here on Saturday he told that the 25 acres of land was given free of cost to the college and that too without any advertisement for others to consider applying for the same land.
The land on lease cannot be mortgaged as per rules but the MP Government has made an exception in this case, added Agnihotri.
